Descrizione

Applications Perampanel is a novel, noncompetitive AMPA receptor antagonist for the treatment of epilepsy. Also in the treatment of primary generalized tonic-clonic seizures in idiopathic generalized epilepsy. Perampanel is a selective non-competitive α-amino-3-hydroxy-5-methyl-4-isoxazole-propionic acid receptor antagonist that reduces neuronal excitation (1,2,3,4).
