Description

Amantadine is an antiviral drug that is used to treat dyskinesia in patients with Parkinson’s disease. This drug’s mechanism is not fully understood however it is said to aid in releasing dopamine from the nerve ending in brain cells. Amantadine is also an NDMA antagonist.
