Description

Baclofen is a GABA-ergic agonist drug that is used to manage severe spasticity of the cerebral and spinal origin in patients. The exact action of this drug is unclear however it is said that Baclofen inhibits the transmission of both mono- and polysynaptic reflexes at the spinal cord, relaxing spasticity.
