Description:

9,9-Bis[4-(2-acryloyloxyethyloxy)phenyl]fluorene is a monofunctional, monomeric and optical initiator. It is a bifunctional molecule that can polymerize with other molecules to form polyesters. 9,9-Bis(4-acryloyloxyethyloxyphenyl)fluorene is also an element which can polymerize with other molecules to form polymers. This compound has been used in experiments for the study of optical properties such as refractive index and birefringence. The compound is liquid crystal and has been used for the study of liquid crystals as well.
