BrettPhos Pd G3 is a synthetic, nitrogen-containing molecule with the potential to be used as an anti-cancer agent. It selectively inhibits kinases. The molecular structure of BrettPhos Pd G3 has been shown to have good selectivity for cancer cells and also shows activity against hepatitis C virus (HCV). BrettPhos Pd G3 is being developed as a possible treatment for inflammatory diseases. This molecule can be used to inhibit acetylcholine esterase, which may help in the treatment of Alzheimer's disease or Parkinson's disease. BrettPhos Pd G3 can also bind to estrogen receptors and modulate them, making it a potential breast cancer therapeutic candidate.
BrettPhos Pd G3 is not active in vitro against ribociclib-resistant cells and therefore cannot be used as an anti-cancer agent against these types of cancers.
