Description:
Fmoc-DL-norleucine is a fluorophore that can be used to measure the uptake of drugs by cells in culture. It has been shown to bind to the antigen, which is then measured using fluorescence spectroscopy. The linker is an amino acid that connects the fluorophore with the drug. Immobilized Fmoc-DL-norleucine has been shown to inhibit replication of human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) in k562 cells and can also be used as a congener for silico analysis.
