Product Information
2-(4-Fluorophenyl)-1H-Pyrrole is a bifunctional chemical compound that has affinity for both amines and pyrroles. It can be used as a substitute for morpholine in the synthesis of 2,5-dihydropyrrolo[3,4-b]pyrrole esters. This compound also has an affinity for piperazine and bifunctional properties with dopamine, sultopride, cyclic piperidine and butyrophenones. The yields are high and it is easily synthesized from readily available starting materials. The reactions proceed without problems under mild conditions to give desired products in good yield. The reaction is analogous to the synthesis of sodium-dependent amine transport inhibitors such as sultopride and cyclic piperidine.
