Description:
2,6-Dichloropyrimidine-4,5-diamine is a nucleoside that is used as a precursor in the synthesis of radiolabelled compounds. It has been shown to be an effective catalyst for the acylation of purines and methanesulfonic acid. 2,6-Dichloropyrimidine-4,5-diamine has also been used as an intermediate in drug development.
