Product Information
Imidazo[1,2-b]pyridazin-6-amine is a small molecule that has been shown to activate the transcription-polymerase chain (pol) of human fetal bovine insulin receptors in vitro. This activation leads to an increase in cellular energy metabolism, which may be related to its ability to regulate beta cell proliferation and insulin sensitivity. Imidazo[1,2-b]pyridazin-6-amine has also been shown to inhibit fatty acid oxidation and lipid synthesis in cancer cells, as well as metabolic disorders such as diabetes mellitus type 2 and obesity. It is currently being investigated for its potential use in the treatment of cancer and metabolic disorders. Imidazo[1,2-b]pyridazin-6-amine activates Pim-1, a protein known for its role in regulating adipose tissue development.
