Description

DL-Methionine methyl ester hydrochloride is a synthetic amino acid that is used to treat intestinal and mucosal infections. It is administered orally, usually as a liquid formulation. DL-Methionine methyl ester hydrochloride has been shown to be effective in the treatment of tenella, humans, and other animals. This drug has been shown to have significant effects on efficiency in humans who have undergone oral gavage with duodenal fluid. The drug was also found to be effective in the treatment of duodenal ulceration and villi damage caused by a variety of factors, including dl-methionine deficiency.
