Description

3-Morpholinophenol is a silicon compound that has photochemical properties. It is used in the synthesis of cleavage agents and has been shown to have an inhibitory effect on bacterial surface, supercoiled DNA, and viscosity. 3-Morpholinophenol can be used for the treatment of infectious diseases caused by bacteria. This drug binds to topoisomerase enzymes, preventing them from breaking down the DNA molecule. 3-Morpholinophenol also forms a covalent bond with the enzyme's sulfhydryl group at its active site, which prevents it from binding to dsDNA and cleaving it.
