Description:
N-(N-Heptyl)-5-chloro-1-naphthalenesulfonamide is a drug that has been used in clinical trials to treat desulfurization and anova. This drug has been shown to induce necrosis factor, which may be due to its ability to cause regression of body formation and endogenous myeloid leukemia cell proliferation. N-(N-Heptyl)-5-chloro-1-naphthalenesulfonamide also induces phorbol ester synthesis and cell cycle phase transitions in HL60 cells.
