Description:
Naphthol AS-MX phosphate is a synthetic naphthol dye that is used in the diagnosis of infectious diseases, such as Klebsiella aerogenes. It binds to human serum albumin and can be visualized by light microscopy. Naphthol AS-MX phosphate acts as an immunological adjuvant and has been shown to stimulate antibody production and enhance the immune response. This drug also has antidiabetic properties, which may be due to its ability to increase adipose tissue lipolysis.
