H-Ser-Ile-Gly-Ser-Leu-Ala-Lys-OH trifluoroacetate salt is a recombinant, fluorescent, hydrazide, labile protein that has been synthesized with a murine amino acid sequence. This protein has been shown to be reactive with the cytokine IL2 and can be used for labeling of cells or proteins in cytometric analysis. The N-terminal end of this protein is acidic, allowing for it to react with periodate or hydroxylamine for tagging purposes.
