Description:
a-(4-Fluorophenyl)-a-(trimethylsilylmethyl)-1H-1,2,4-triazole-1-ethanol is a control agent that belongs to the group of triazoles. It has been shown to have a synergistic effect with prothioconazole and tebuconazole in vitro assays. This compound also has a synergistic effect with matrix effects in vivo and in vitro. The inhibition of protein synthesis by this compound is concentration dependent, with albumin concentration having an inhibitory effect. This compound also has an inhibitory effect on the synthesis of DNA and RNA by inhibiting the activity of RNA polymerase.
