Description:

TATU is an uronium salt used as a coupling reagent for amide and ester formation. TATU is based on HOAt and is equivalent to HATU with tetrafluoroborate as counter ion instead of hexafluorophosphate. TATU shows high coupling efficiency, fast kinetics, high yields and low racemisation. HOAt is formed in situ and generates an activated ester reactive towards amines.
