5'-O-DMT-thymidine-3'-O-succinic acid (5'-DMT-TSA) is a novel modified nucleoside that is synthesized by the activation of 5'-DMT-thymidine with succinic anhydride. 5'-DMT-TSA has been shown to be a potent inhibitor of viral replication and has anti-tumor properties.
