Product Information
- Tris(h5-methylcyclopentadienyl)erbium
Tris(methylcyclopentadienyl)erbium is a metal compound that has been used in the fabrication of semiconductor materials. It has been shown to have a high thermal stability and to emit light with a wavelength of 740 nm when heated. Tris(methylcyclopentadienyl)erbium can be grown by chemical vapor deposition, physical vapor deposition, or electron beam evaporation. The growth rate of this material is highly dependent on the substrate temperature and can be controlled by thermal annealing. Tris(methylcyclopentadienyl)erbium can also be fabricated into thin films by vacuum deposition or sputtering.
