2'-Deoxy-N2-isobutyryl-5'-O-MMT-guanosine 3'-CE phosphoramidite is a modified nucleoside analogue with anticancer activity. It is synthesized by reacting 2'-deoxy-N2-isobutyryl-5'-O-methylguanosine with diethyl chlorophosphate in the presence of tetrazole. This novel compound has been shown to have antiviral and antitumor activities as well as high affinity for DNA and RNA.
