Description:
Demethylmedicarpin is a natural compound found in the leaves of plants from the genus Euphorbia. It has been shown to have antimicrobial properties and is effective against Gram-positive bacteria, including Staphylococcus aureus and Streptococcus pyogenes. Demethylmedicarpin also inhibits protein synthesis in bacteria by inhibiting the enzyme activities of acetate extract and etoac extract.
