This new generation Protein A ELISA Kit is calibrated against the construct of MabSelectSuRe™ and should be used against all unnatural lower molecular weight constructs of Protein A. This kit features a new assay protocol that eliminates sample boiling and the subsequent centrifugation step, thereby reducing assay time by over 1 hour. The kit detects Protein A levels to <100 pg/ml. Please use Sample Diluent, Item No. I600, with these kits; also included in the kit.
