Applications 3,4-Dihydro-1-naphthaleneacetyl Chloride is an intermediate used in the synthesis of 4-Amino-1-tert-butyl-3-(1’-naphthylmethyl)pyrazolo[3,4-d]pyrimidine (A603003), which is a highly potent (IC50=4.3 nM) and uniquely specific tyrosine kinase inhibitor of a rationally engineered v-Src tyrosine kinase;Also, it is used in the synthesis of water-soluble chymotrypsin inhibitors.
