Applications: The enatiomer of (+)-α-Methadol (M225860) and is more effective in binding to opiate receptors. The relative activities of (-)-α-Methadol and (+)-α-Methadol are reversed upon acetylation. A metabolite of (-)-α-Acetylmethadol (A186325).
