Informação sobre produto
4-Chloro-1-methyl-5-(trifluoromethyl)-1H-pyrazole-3-carbohydrazide is a potent and selective inhibitor of the enzyme kinases that are involved in the inflammatory response. It is used as an experimental drug to study the molecular basis of bone diseases and nervous system disorders, such as Alzheimer's disease. 4-chloro-1 methyl-5-(trifluoromethyl)-1H-pyrazole 3 carboxylic acid hydrazide is an imino compound with a furyl group, which inhibits the activity of various kinases by binding to their active site. It has been shown to be effective against Mycobacterium tuberculosis and Mycobacterium avium complex infections in mice, but not against other bacteria. The phenyl groups on this molecule may have antiinflammatory effects by inhibiting cyclooxygenase enzymes.
