6-Chloro-3-hydroxypyrazine-2-carboxamide is a small molecule antiviral agent that has shown promise in research for the treatment of filovirus infections, such as Ebola virus. This drug has a pharmacokinetic profile that is characterized by high oral bioavailability and low clearance.
