Descrição:Quinapril diketopiperazine is an analytical reagent that is used in the determination of the rate of reaction of a chemical substance with quinapril. Quinapril is a dihydropyridine derivative that acts as a vasodilator and antihypertensive drug. The quinapril molecule has a hydroxyl group on its 2-position, which is converted to an amine by the acidic hydrolysis. This amine then reacts with the carboxylic acid to form the diketopiperazine.
