Informação sobre produto
CCCI-01 is a molecule that inhibits the growth of cancer cells by inducing cellular senescence. It has been shown to inhibit the proliferation of fibroblast cells and breast cancer tissues, as well as the production of matrix metalloproteinase (MMP) in the latter. CCCI-01 also prevents radiation-induced apoptosis in breast cancer cells. In addition, CCCI-01 has been shown to inhibit tumor growth in mice with mammary tumors and to induce a phenotype similar to that observed in human breast cancer tissues. This drug is being studied for its potential use as an anti-cancer agent.
