Isoborneol ist eine bicyclische organische Verbindung, die als Monoterpenoid klassifiziert ist, mit der chemischen Formel C10H18O. Es ist ein farbloser bis blassgelber Feststoff bei Raumtemperatur und hat einen charakteristischen, kampferähnlichen Geruch. Isoborneol ist ein Stereoisomer von Borneol, das sich in der Anordnung seiner Atome unterscheidet, was zu seinen einzigartigen Eigenschaften beiträgt. Es ist in organischen Lösungsmitteln wie Ethanol und Ether löslich, hat jedoch eine begrenzte Löslichkeit in Wasser.
