    PI4KIIIbeta-IN-9 is a conjugate of the protease inhibitor, IN-9, and the protein kinase inhibitor PI4KIIIbeta. It has been shown to inhibit the activity of ns3 proteases in mammalian cells. This inhibition leads to decreased viral replication and viral antigen production. PI4KIIIbeta-IN-9 also has thermal expansion properties that are similar to those of human muscle proteins.
