AQ-13 (2HCl)
CAS:AQ-13 is a quinoline derivative that inhibits the production of inflammatory cytokines and chemokines. AQ-13 is an inhibitor of the enzyme cyclooxygenase-2 (COX-2) that is involved in the production of prostaglandins, which are proinflammatory molecules. The drug has been shown to have anti-inflammatory potency in vitro against LPS-stimulated RAW264.7 cells as well as macrophage-like cells derived from humans. In vivo, AQ-13 was shown to be effective in reducing inflammation caused by infection with the bacterial agent Pullorum or Erysipelothrix rhusiopathiae. This drug has also been shown to inhibit COX-2 activity in humans. Structural analogs of this drug include celecoxib and rofecoxib, which are used for pain relief and prevention of arthritis respectively.Reinheit:Min. 95%AQ-13
CAS:AQ-13 (Compound 7) is an analogue of Chloroquine with anti-breast cancer properties. It exhibits antiproliferative activity against MDA-MB231 and MCF7 cells, with GI50 values of 27.81 μM and 17.85 μM, respectively. AQ-13 shows lower cytotoxicity to non-cancerous breast epithelial cells MCF10A, with a GI50 value of 65.26 μM. AQ-13 is applicable for breast cancer research.Formel:C16H22ClN3Molekulargewicht:291.82
