DSPC-D4 is a potent and selective inhibitor of ion channels. It has been shown to inhibit the activation of voltage-gated sodium channels and potassium channels, as well as ligand-gated ion channels such as nicotinic acetylcholine receptors. DSPC-D4 also inhibits the binding of peptides and antibodies to their corresponding receptors.
