Beschreibung:
Kadaverin, mit der CAS-Nummer 462-94-2, ist eine biogene Amine, die durch ihre chemische Struktur als gerade Ketten-Diamin, spezifisch 1,5-Pentan-Diamin, gekennzeichnet ist. Sie wird durch die Decarboxylierung der Aminosäure Lysin produziert, hauptsächlich während der Zersetzung von tierischen Geweben, weshalb sie oft mit dem Geruch von verrottendem Fleisch assoziiert wird.
