The Fc receptor plays a key role in immunoregulation. It is also a pharmacological target for drugs that modulate immune responses. 5-[4-(4-Bromoanilino)anilino]-N'-(1-hydroxypropan-2-yl)-3-oxo-1,2-thiazole-4-carboximidamide has been shown to inhibit the binding of an antibody with its antigen and to inhibit the binding of an antibody with its antigen.
