Beschreibung

Malvidin chloride is a natural compound that contains caffeic acid and anthocyanins. It has been shown to inhibit the synthesis of pro-inflammatory cytokines, such as IL-6 in the colon. It also inhibits the production of reactive oxygen species by macrophages and prevents the degradation of collagen fibers in intestinal tissue. Malvidin chloride has been shown to have synergistic effects with other natural compounds, such as caffeic acid, ferulic acid, and quercetin, which are found in red wine. The synergistic effect may be due to its ability to increase the bioavailability of these compounds.
