CAS:1-Amino-1-methylcyclopentane hydrochloride (1AMCPH) is a peptidase inhibitor that belongs to the group of non-peptide inhibitors. It has an oral bioavailability of over 90% and can be used for the treatment of diseases where proteases are involved in the pathology, such as Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson's disease, and cancer. 1AMCPH binds to the active site of peptidases, inhibiting their catalytic properties. The hydrochloride salt form is achiral and crystallizes in space group P2(1)2(1). Crystals are grown using the vapor diffusion technique at 298K. X-ray crystallography studies reveal that 1AMCPH binds to both the active site and catalytic site of chymotrypsin.Fórmula:C6H14ClNPureza:Min. 95%Peso molecular:135.64 g/mol
