Tris(4-chlorophenyl)phosphine (PCy3) is a chemical compound that has shown anticancer activity in vitro. It is an acceptor and a potent anti-cancer agent, with the ability to inhibit the growth of human cancer cells and tumor xenografts. PCy3 is also able to inhibit the proliferation of cultured leukemia cells by inducing apoptosis through caspase activation.
