It stimulates cell proliferation by activating FGFR1 and its downstream ERK1/2 pathway, exhibiting excellent thermal stability. TCB-32 hydrochloride can substitute bFGF in serum-free cell culture media and is applicable in research related to tissue repair and wound healing diseases such as psoriasis and eczema.
