It has been shown to inhibit tumor growth in xenograft tumor models and to elicit an antibody response in mice when used as an immunization. IMM-01 is also able to induce cytotoxic T cells and natural killer cells, which may be due to its ability to stabilize actin filaments.
    IMM-01 is currently being investigated for potential use in cancer therapy and industrial processes, such as the production of antibodies.
