Descripción:
Escutelarina es un glucósido flavonoide derivado principalmente de la planta Scutellaria baicalensis, comúnmente conocida como escutelaria de Baikal. Se caracteriza por su estructura química, que incluye un esqueleto de flavona unido a un moiety de glucosa. Escutelarina exhibe diversas actividades biológicas, incluyendo efectos antioxidantes, antiinflamatorios y neuroprotectores, lo que lo hace de interés en la investigación farmacológica.
