(Z)-Neochlorogenic acid is the Z isomer of Neochlorogenic acid. This natural polyphenolic compound is found in dried fruits and various plants. Neochlorogenic acid inhibits the production of TNF-α and IL-1β, reduces the expression of iNOS and COX-2 proteins, and also suppresses the activation of phosphorylated NF-κBp65 and p38 MAPK.
