Descripción:
Diazinón es un compuesto organofosforado utilizado principalmente como insecticida y acaricida en aplicaciones agrícolas. Se caracteriza por su capacidad para inhibir la acetilcolinesterasa, una enzima crítica para el correcto funcionamiento del sistema nervioso en los insectos, lo que lleva a su parálisis y muerte. Diazinon has also been shown to have synergistic effects with estradiol benzoate, an estrogenic agent that is used to treat prostate cancer.
