Ocratoxina B es una micotoxina producida por ciertas especies de hongos, particularmente Aspergillus y Penicillium. Es un metabolito secundario que está estructuralmente relacionado con la ocratoxina A, diferenciándose principalmente por la ausencia de un grupo de fenilalanina.
