reactivo BOP, o benzotriazol-1-il-oxi-tris(dimetilamino)fosfonio hexafluorofosfato, es un compuesto químico comúnmente utilizado en síntesis orgánica, particularmente en reacciones de acilo de péptidos. Sirve como un agente de acilo que facilita la formación de enlaces amida entre ácidos carboxílicos y aminas. reactivo BOP se caracteriza por su capacidad para activar ácidos carboxílicos, haciéndolos más reactivos hacia el ataque nucleofílico por aminas.
