Descripción:
reactivo BOP, o benzotriazol-1-il-oxi-tris(dimetilamino)fosfonio hexafluorofosfato, es un compuesto químico comúnmente utilizado en síntesis orgánica, particularmente en reacciones de acilo de péptidos. Sirve como un agente de acilo que facilita la formación de enlaces amida entre ácidos carboxílicos y aminas. reactivo BOP se caracteriza por su capacidad para activar ácidos carboxílicos, haciéndolos más reactivos hacia el ataque nucleofílico por aminas. Este reactivo se prefiere típicamente por sus condiciones de reacción suaves y compatibilidad con varios grupos funcionales, lo que minimiza las reacciones secundarias.     CAS:
    <p>BOP, also known with the name of Castro’s reagent, is a phosphonium coupling reagent used for peptide synthesis. BOP can be employed in presence of a base such as triethylamine or Hünig’s base and forms HOBt in situ, which then generates an activated ester. BOP is a very effective coupling reagent, achieving high yields, low epimerisation and high conversion rates. However, it forms the extremely toxic and carcinogenic HMPA in situ, therefore the equally efficient pyrrolidino derivative PyBOP was introduced, which leads to a less toxic by-product.</p>
