Eupalinilide D
CAS:Eupalinilide D is a natural product from Impatiens balsamina L.Fórmula:C15H19ClO5Pureza:98%Forma y color:SolidPeso molecular:314.76Eupalinilide-D
CAS:Eupalinilide-D is a peptide inhibitor of voltage-gated sodium channels. It is a potent, selective, and cell-permeable blocker of the high-threshold A type (I A ) and intermediate-threshold C type (I C ) sodium channels in rat dorsal root ganglion neurons. Eupalinilide-D can also inhibit the activation of voltage-gated potassium channels by blocking the binding site for GABA on the channel. Eupalinilide-D has been used as a research tool to study the effects of peptides on ion channel function in cells and animal models.
