Crizotinib es un inhibidor de la tirosina quinasa de pequeñas moléculas utilizado principalmente en el tratamiento de ciertos tipos de cáncer de pulmón de células no pequeñas (CPCNP) que presentan mutaciones genéticas específicas, como reordenamientos de ALK (quinasa de linfoma anaplásico) y alteraciones del gen ROS1.
