CAS:
D-alpha-Tocopheryl polyethylene glycol succinate (TPGS) is a vitamin E derivative that is active in inhibiting chronic myeloid leukemia. TPGS has been shown to be effective against the resistant K562 cells and may be used as a treatment for chronic myeloid leukemia. This drug binds to the enzyme urokinase-type plasminogen activator, which is essential for cancer cell migration and invasion of tumor tissue. It also inhibits tyrosine kinase, which plays an important role in the development of cancer cells by regulating cellular growth and proliferation. TPGS has been shown to have low bioavailability in humans and is not detectable in plasma after oral administration.
Fórmula:C33H54O5•(C2H4O)nPureza:Min. 25.0%Forma y color:White Slightly Brown Solidified MassPoly(oxy-1,2-ethanediyl),a-[4-[[(2R)-3,4-dihydro-2,5,7,8-tetramethyl-2-[(4R,8R)-4,8,12-trimethyltridecyl]-2H-1-benzopyran-6-yl]oxy]-1,4-dioxobutyl]-w-hydroxy-
