Descripción:
Quimotripsina es una enzima proteasa serina que desempeña un papel crucial en el sistema digestivo al catalizar la hidrólisis de enlaces peptídicos en proteínas, particularmente aquellos adyacentes a aminoácidos aromáticos como la fenilalanina, el triptófano y la tirosina.
