Inhibidores del Transportador de Glicina (GlyT) son compuestos que bloquean la recaptación de glicina, un importante neurotransmisor inhibidor en la médula espinal y el tronco encefálico. Al inhibir los transportadores de glicina, estos compuestos aumentan la disponibilidad de glicina en la hendidura sináptica, mejorando sus efectos inhibitorios sobre la actividad neuronal.
