
Fosfatos y Fosfonatos Orgánicos
Los fosfatos orgánicos son compuestos que contienen un grupo fosfato (-PO₄) unido a un átomo de carbono en una estructura orgánica, generalmente en combinación con alcoholes, ácidos o aminas. Estos compuestos se utilizan en la formulación de APIs para mejorar la solubilidad, estabilidad y biodisponibilidad de los principios activos. Los fosfatos orgánicos también tienen aplicaciones en la liberación controlada de fármacos y en la mejora de la absorción de ciertos medicamentos. Los fosfonatos orgánicos contienen un grupo fosfonato (-PO₃H₂) en el que el átomo de fósforo está unido a un átomo de carbono y dos grupos oxígeno. Estos compuestos tienen propiedades importantes en la farmacología, especialmente en la inhibición de enzimas o en la modulación de procesos bioquímicos.
