Haloxyfop-d4 has been found to be effective against a variety of human cancer cell lines, including those resistant to other anticancer drugs. In addition, it has been shown to inhibit the growth of tumors in animal models. This drug is metabolized in the liver and excreted in urine. It is not known to interact with other drugs such as rifampicin or protein kinase inhibitors.
